My Dumbell Routine for asthma




I normally do 4x10 , 3x15 or 3x20 reps of the exercises below depending on difficuly and how strong I'm feeling at the time of the workout.  On the first 3, I focus on inhalation and second 3, I focus on exhalation

 Inhalation 

Bicep curls




Front raises


Side raises




Exhalation 

Squats





Oblique side bends






Lunges




After, I Normally like to do about 20 minutes of cardio to test how well my lungs are working.
